The incredible, award-winning Winter Lights returns to Canary Wharf in January for a sixth year in 2020.
The famous London Canary Wharf will be transformed with over 25 spectacular sparkling installations, leaving the dark winter evenings aglow. The spectacle will showcase light art and interactive installations by some of the most innovative artists across the globe working in light art today.
Some popular installations from previous years will feature alongside some pieces never before seen in the UK and some newly commissioned artworks. The exhibition features both pieces which can be admired from afar as well as those which will allow people to get up close and interact with them.
From January 2020, you will be able to download a map to help guide you on your walk around the festival or you can pick one up from one of our event stewards on the day. The route will take around 90 minutes to complete however you can discover the artworks in any order and at your own pace.
Handy suggested itineraries which include a quick tour for those short on time, a longer tour for those who want to leisurely explore Canary Wharf and even a family friendly tour for those with little ones are also available from January.
