The facility was very well designed with lovely photography on the walls and all the required comforts included. A safe, free mini bar choices, a lift, and very convenient to the train station. The staff was excellent and were there 24 hours.

Location was brilliant and the breakfast was very good too. Very clean and quiet, especially given it's location so close to Paddington station. Would definitely go back.

Great spot in Paddington, close to the station and also Hyde Park. The hotel is superbly located, and it feels safe and clean. Staff were all great.
