The hotel was very nice, well appointed. The staff were very friendly. There is another Mercure hotel near by and we mistakenly went to that one first. Amazingly one of the staff took our bags and walked us to the other hotel. This was above and beyond, great service!

Easy to find within a short walk of Paddington train station. Helpful, friendly staff. Excellent accommodation with little extra touches e.g. fresh milk in the room in the fridge, free soft drinks, bath robes etc.

The location is very good, in the greenery, walking distance to Hyde Park and the metro, the breakfast service and variety are very good.

We were able to walk to everything. Even took the city bus to Canterbury and Sandwich for the day. Our concierge John was Amazing! He couldn’t have been more accommodating or helpful.

A great 3 night stay, good quiet location with short, easy walk to Paddington Station.

A great 3 night stay, good quiet location with short, easy walk to Paddington Station. Staff were all friendly & helpful. Rooms were clean & comfortable even though a little small. Nice complimentary toiletries & mini bar (perhaps the mini bottles of milk could have been from UK rather than Germany though). Good cooked breakfast and plenty of choice at the buffet - fruit really lovely. Thanks, we will return.

The hotel was clean and modern, with great amenities. The included breakfast had a lot of variety, and the service was great both in the restaurant and in the hotel. The staff was always polite, professional, and prompt.
