Great location!
We were able to walk to everything. Even took the city bus to Canterbury and Sandwich for the day. Our concierge John was Amazing! He couldn’t have been more accommodating or helpful.

A great 3 night stay, good quiet location with short, easy walk to Paddington Station. Staff were all friendly & helpful. Rooms were clean & comfortable even though a little small. Nice complimentary toiletries & mini bar (perhaps the mini bottles of milk could have been from UK rather than Germany though). Good cooked breakfast and plenty of choice at the buffet - fruit really lovely. Thanks, we will return.

The hotel was clean and modern, with great amenities. The included breakfast had a lot of variety, and the service was great both in the restaurant and in the hotel. The staff was always polite, professional, and prompt.

This Hotel is just a stroll from Hyde Park, and a few minute walk from Paddington Station. Everything is practically in walking distance. The Hotel is set in a gorgeous location and the staff are very attentive. The room was comfortable and the breakfast which is served in the adjoining restaurant.

The bed was very comfortable., and every member of the staff we interacted with was friendly and responsive. The room was clean, although it is an old building. We did have one small problem, which staff responded to immediately. Although located near Paddington Station next to a busy street, it was extremely quiet.
