Great location 5 minutes from Paddington station

We have just returned from a stay in London where we spent 4 nights at the Mercury London Hyde Park Hotel. Great location 5 minutes from Paddington station super convenient for getting around everywhere in London, superb hotel, spacious room with all the necessary comfort, very comfortable bed, clean and beautiful room, cleaning and beds made every day, very friendly staff and smiling, breakfast with a lot of choice, continental or English everything was delicious. If we return to London we will definitely return to this hotel.

this is our 4th or 5th time staying here, enjoyed every stay the staff were really nice especially on our recent stay. Mary and Elezeida were sweethearts helping with a few problems we had. They were very understanding and helpful so big thumbs up to them. Will be staying here in a few weeks so looking forward to the stay.

Location is perfect as we were attending winter wonderland and arrive into London at Paddington station. This was my second time staying and the staff are always friendly and helpful and seem to really care about their guests! I 100% will be staying again in the future. My fiance and I were celebrating our anniversary and the staff made it very special! Thank you!!
